EKT group is consulting company, offering complex management and marketing consulting and personnel training services for business enterprises and public organizations.  EKT group is a member of Baltic Consultant Club, EFQM, EUROLINK Partners network, Lithuanian Quality management association, Global Intelligence Alliance (GIA) and UN Global Compact network, which asks companies to embrace, support and enact, within their sphere of influence, a set of core values in the areas of human rights, labour standards, the environment, and anti-corruption. In 2007 EKT group was one of the coordinator of the EC partly financed project “CSR tendencies in SME in Baltic states”. The results this project is SME research (the opinion of SME managers to CSR in Lithuania), the directory of best practices of CSR in Lithuania SME and popularity of CSR in SME.
